Portsmouth Harbour

Haslar Marina

Just inside the mouth of Portsmouth Harbour, Haslar marina is a favourite place for boaters looking to get out on the water and explore the Solent.

With its convenient location and great transport links to London and across the south coast getting on the water has never been easier. What’s more, if you’re looking to experience the local area there are plenty of attractions to explore in both Gosport and Portsmouth.

River Hamble

Deacons Marina

Looking for a smaller marina than Haslar but still want easy access to the Solent? Deacons Marina sounds like a great fit for you. Located on the Hamble River just outside of Southampton, Deacons is simple to get to by car and public transport. Equally, once you’re on the water it’s easy to get yourself out on the Solent, or you can head up the Hamble river for calm waters and stunning views.

East Cowes Marina

If you’re a seasoned sailor you’ll know that the Isle of Wight is a boating hotspot, particularly in the summer months. Located towards the North of the island, if you keep your boat at East Cowes marina you can get out on the Solent in no time.
