Portland Week 2024 - Try Mermaiding with Portland Mertails Academy

Try mermaiding with Mermaid Nixie, qualified PADI Mermaid instructor at Osprey Leisure Centre, just a stone's throw from Portland Marina in Castletown. Available from ages 8 upwards (adults included!) and anyone coming with you can watch from the dedicated viewing area as you show off your new skills in your fabulous tail!

Each session is 30 minutes with approx. 20 minutes pool time. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to complete the relevant paperwork. Adults must stay at the centre whilst their child is in the pool.

Includes all mermaiding equipment including monofin, snorkel mask and tail skin and swim and meet with Portland Mer Pod mermaid, Nai'a. Osprey Leisure Centre has full changing and showering facilities available for you to use following your swim.
