Message from Ards & North Down Borough Council

 As you are aware Ards and North Down Borough Council engaged Fisher Advisory Ltd to provide sector-specific advice and guidance for the potential redevelopment of Bangor Marina and Harbour, as part of the Belfast Regional City Deal Bangor Waterfront project.

You may recall, as part of the process, the Council along with Fisher Advisory sought views from a variety of stakeholders on the facilities and services at Bangor Marina and Harbour.

Council is grateful to all the stakeholders for their input.

Fishers recommendations now form the basis to enable Council to go out to the market to appoint a specialist consultant to assist Council with the procurement of an operator to be part of the potential future re-development of Bangor Marina.

Ards and North Down Borough Council anticipate this current procurement exercise to be complete by the beginning of 2024.
