Join Adventure 4 All on an exciting coastal experience at low tide and discover the marine life and seaweed that thrives on our coastline!

A low tide adventure where you will explore caves and tunnels, talking about the seaweeds and animal life that we find along the way. 

Suitable for ages 8+. Under 10's must be accompanied by an adult.

All necessary safety equipment - wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet - is provided so all you need to do is enjoy the journey!

1. Swimwear
2. Towel
3. Trainers or water shoes
4. Shorts to wear over the top of the wetsuit to protect it
5. Warm clothes for afterwards

Please be advised there are no changing facilities at the site so you it is best to come ready with swimwear on. There are public toilets available.
