Portland Week 2024 - Meeting of Minds Panel Discussion

We're joined by several experts in their field of marine stewardship and regeneration from seaweed to marine life to pollution, these are people who have dedicated their lives and livelihoods to preserving our oceans and marine environment. Each will give a short overview of their area of expertise before we launch into a panel discussion on topics ranging from blue carbon to ocean conservation and protecting our coastline followed by a Q&A from the audience, both online and in person. Meet our experts;

• Neil Garrick-Maidment - Founder of The Seahorse Trust. Expert in seagrass & seahorse conservation along with other marine species.
• Mike Webb - Co-founder of Jurassic Sea Farms & Dorset Cleaner Fish. Expert in seaweed and shellfish cultivation & their role in cleaning our seas.
• Roy Beal - Founder of Clean Jurassic Coast. Ocean advocate and beach clean warrior.
• Wayne Peters - Owner of Nazca eco yacht, Founder of Sail Electric, The Green Blue ambassador & advocate of #ThinkOcean boating.
